Article published by MaaSil Inc, a company in the same sector. Public information verified on 16 October 2026; sources at the end of the article.

CCA International is a former French customer relationship outsourcing company that operated through contact centres. Founded in 1994, it was acquired in 2018 by the Comdata group, now part of Konecta, and then struck off the commercial register on 2 January 2019. The brand therefore no longer has an active website or an offer of its own. This guide traces what it offered and what became of it, based on dated public sources. It also lists the questions to ask if this name appears in an old contract, then presents current alternatives, including MaaSil, the publisher of this article.

Who was CCA International?

CCA INTERNATIONAL was a public limited company run by a management board, registered under the SIREN 394 254 809 (French company registration number). According to its Doctrine profile, its activity began on 10 February 1994 and its last known head office was in Gennevilliers (Hauts-de-Seine). A report filed with the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) for the 2016 financial year, however, placed the head office in Issy-les-Moulineaux.

In 2012, its half-year financial report described it as a "major player in remote customer relations". In June 2011, Le Journal des Entreprises reported revenue of €110 million in 2010 and about 4,500 employees. The 2012 report, for its part, spoke of "nearly 4,200 employees": figures vary depending on the source and the date.

In 2015, the company acquired 100% of Data Base Factory, a company with more than 2,200 employees. The enlarged group then announced 5,400 employees, 22 sites and 9 countries.

The acquisition by Comdata in 2018

On 29 March 2018, Comdata Group, which was then part of Carlyle's portfolio, signed the agreement to acquire CCA International from LFPI, its majority shareholder. According to En-Contact, the financial terms were not disclosed and closing depended on approval from the competition authorities. Lincoln International, the seller's adviser, then described 6,600 employees, 24 sites, 12 countries and more than 120 clients. En-Contact cited revenue of €164 million.

What became of CCA International?

According to the Societe.com profile of CCA International, the sole shareholder, Comdata Holding France, decided in December 2018 to dissolve the company without liquidation. The company was struck off on 2 January 2019 "following the universal transfer of assets": its assets, rights and obligations were transferred to its sole shareholder.

At the end of October 2022, the Konecta group completed its combination with Comdata, according to a Konecta statement relayed by the press. In June 2023, Comdata Holding France was renamed Konecta Holding France. In short, CCA International was absorbed by a company of the Comdata group, now Konecta. Its former website now redirects to a domain-name sales page.

What services did CCA International offer?

The information below dates from 2011 to 2018. According to a press release of 21 May 2015, CCA International operated in "telesales and customer services", from pre-sales to technical support. In 2018, the offer was described as "multi-shore, digital, pan-European", with business process outsourcing (BPO).

In 2011 the press cited two examples at the Rouen site: Orange's mobile customer service, for about 500,000 subscribers, and 24/7 order taking for Nespresso. These sources do not say whether those contracts continued. Data Base Factory later added back-office work and loyalty or debt collection programmes.

The model relied on contact centres, not on dedicated employees embedded in the client's team. The profiles offered and the tools used are not documented.

How much did CCA International cost?

No pricing grid from the company has been found. No price, minimum commitment or set-up fee appears in its financial documents or in the press from 2009 to 2018. For a comparable need today, the price is negotiated by quote with an active provider: ask for an all-inclusive monthly cost per profile, excluding VAT.

Where did CCA International's teams work?

The footprint changed with the acquisitions:

  • 2012: 14 centres in 6 countries: France, Monaco, Morocco, Mauritius, the United Kingdom and Spain.

  • 2015: 22 sites in 9 countries, with "French-speaking offshore" production (centres abroad working in French) in Morocco and Mauritius.

  • 2018: 24 sites in 12 countries, including Morocco, Mauritius, Madagascar and eight Western European countries, according to Lincoln International.

Madagascar appears only in this last source. In France, the press cited Rouen, Paris and Lyon. The cities of the centres abroad are not published. The 2012 report mentions a "Social Responsibility Label", without naming the body; no ISO certification has been found.

What do reviews say about CCA International?

No customer review page (Trustpilot, Google) or employee review page (Glassdoor, Indeed) dedicated to this company has been found. There is therefore no average rating that can be published.

What were CCA International's strengths?

Between 2011 and 2018, the company and its advisers highlighted:

  • a large size: 6,600 employees and more than 120 clients in 2018, according to the seller's adviser;

  • French-language production in Morocco and Mauritius;

  • references from major brands cited by the press in 2011, such as Orange and Nespresso;

  • a human resources policy recognised by a label in 2012, according to the company.

Points to check before choosing CCA International or its successor

If the name CCA International appears in an old contract or a list of references, ask these questions:

  1. Which legal entity signs today? Since the original company has been struck off, ask for the Kbis extract (proof of registration) of the company that is contracting.

  2. Does the cited reference predate 2019, and what was its scope?

  3. For centres in Morocco, Mauritius or Madagascar: which city, which operating entity and how many positions today?

  4. What is the monthly cost per profile, with or without a volume commitment?

  5. Which certifications are valid (ISO 27001, ISO 9001, NF Service Relation Client), and issued by which body?

  6. Which languages are handled outside France, and with what selection tests?

  7. Can you contact reference clients?

Which companies was CCA International suited to?

Based on its communications, the company targeted "brands" and large principals, for high volumes of telesales and customer service. The sources do not mention an offer for very small businesses or SMEs.

What are the alternatives to CCA International?

The figures below are those each company declares, at the date indicated.

Konecta (formerly Comdata)

Konecta completed its combination with Comdata, the acquirer of CCA International, at the end of October 2022. According to Merca2, the group claims about 140,000 employees, 24 markets, including Morocco, and revenue close to €2 billion in 2022.

Intelcia

In March 2018, according to Finances News Hebdo, Intelcia had more than 11,000 employees and 25 sites in 8 countries, including more than 1,500 positions in Madagascar and 1,100 in Mauritius. These 2018 figures should be checked with the company.

MaaSil Inc

MaaSil, the publisher of this article, follows a different model. According to MaaSil, it is an Employer of Record (EoR) arrangement (employer-of-record-style staff provision): consultants based in Madagascar are 100% integrated into the client's teams. MaaSil handles recruitment, payroll and HR follow-up; the client directs the work. MaaSil states that it has more than 100 consultants and more than 40 clients.

Its pricing is published: €55 to €100 excl. VAT per day for general profiles (about €1,150 excl. VAT per month), and €120 to €250 excl. VAT per day for senior developers. MaaSil suits French-speaking SMEs, startups and mid-sized companies that want to bring in a dedicated team member. It is less suited to high-volume, 24/7, multilingual call centres: see our guide to evaluating call centre providers.
