Where is your talent based?
Mainly in Madagascar, and in 16 other French- and English-speaking African countries, including Morocco, Tunisia, Senegal, Mauritius and Kenya. We choose the country based on the languages and skills you need.
Who supervises the talent day to day?
You manage their tasks, as you would with a member of your team. MaaSil handles everything else: contract, payroll, HR follow-up, premises, equipment and internet and power backup solutions.
Does the talent work with our tools?
Yes. They use your software (ERP, CRM, business tools), your processes and your AI tools, in compliance with GDPR. We can even help you set them up.
Is there a time difference?
It is small: from Madagascar, 1 to 2 hours from Paris depending on the season. Working hours are aligned with yours.
How much does a MaaSil talent cost?
