Who is Concentrix?

A group listed in the United States

Concentrix Corporation is a Delaware company listed on NASDAQ. Its annual report filed with the SEC (the US financial markets regulator), the 2025 fiscal year Form 10-K, places its headquarters in Newark, California. It reports more than 2,000 clients, including more than 160 Fortune Global 500 companies, the ranking of the 500 largest companies in the world.

Concentrix describes itself as an "Intelligent Transformation Partner" that designs and runs operations combining humans and AI. The pages reviewed give no founding date.

The combination with Webhelp

On 25 September 2023, Concentrix completed its combination with Webhelp, a deal valued at around US$4 billion including net debt. The group first used the name "Concentrix + Webhelp", then, according to press releases relayed by the press in April 2024, the single name "Concentrix". Some French companies in the group still operate under the Webhelp brand.

Which entities in France?

In France, the group operates in particular through Concentrix Prestations France (trading name: Webhelp Prestations), French company registration number (SIREN) 752 186 767; see its page on the Annuaire des entreprises. According to Le Journal des Entreprises, this company, created on 13 June 2012, has its registered office in Paris and has 20 to 49 employees; no insolvency proceedings are reported. Revenue and headcount for all French operations are not published.

Figures and recent news

For the fiscal year ended 30 November 2025, Concentrix reported revenue of US$9,825.8 million (US$ M), compared with US$9,618.9 million a year earlier. It reports a net loss of US$1,278.9 million, caused by a goodwill impairment of US$1,523.3 million: an accounting write-down of the value of acquired companies, with no cash outflow.

At the end of June 2026, according to the financial site France Épargne, the share price reportedly fell by more than 22% after annual guidance was lowered. The article cites the acceleration of offshoring (production in distant, lower-cost countries), the reallocation of client spending and pressure from AI.

The third quarter 2026 press release reports revenue of US$2,453.7 million, down 1.2% year on year, and a further impairment of US$1,050.0 million. It mentions US$42.5 million of charges relating mainly to cost reductions, including severance payments and site consolidations. The quarterly dividend was raised to US$0.37. No source reviewed reports a redundancy plan in France.

What services does Concentrix offer?

An offer organised by outcome

The Concentrix Solutions page groups the offer into four families, named in English:

  • Revenue Growth: sales, marketing, debt collection;

  • Experience Optimization: customer service, technical support, voice-of-the-customer listening;

  • Enterprise Protection: content moderation ("Trust & Safety"), cybersecurity, fighting financial crime, compliance;

  • Operational Productivity: finance and accounting.

The site cites nine client sectors, including automotive, banking and insurance, healthcare, the public sector and e-commerce.

AI tools

iX Hero is presented as "agentic" AI (software agents that carry out tasks autonomously) for the benefit of advisers. iX Hello is a self-service tool based on generative AI, with translation advertised in "over 90 languages". Concentrix claims "1,000+ clients running AI in production".

A managed services model

Concentrix sells managed services: the provider takes charge of an entire process and manages its own teams. The pages reviewed do not describe the provision of individual dedicated consultants. The number of service languages is not specified.

The references shown include MYOB, Nespresso and Transurban; for Nespresso, Concentrix announces "95.8% CSAT within six months" (customer satisfaction rate). These results are presented by the company, without third-party verification.

How much does Concentrix cost?

Concentrix does not publish any pricing. The Solutions page only states that services are "customizable to meet the unique needs of each client": each project is quoted individually.

The billing unit, minimum commitment, trial period and set-up fees are not published, and no price grid attributable to Concentrix was found online. To compare offers, you need to ask for an all-inclusive monthly cost, by profile and by volume.

Where do Concentrix's teams work?

A network of 74 countries

According to the annual report, the roughly 455,000 employees are split between Asia-Pacific (around 240,000), Europe, the Middle East and Africa (130,000) and the Americas (85,000). The Philippines and India are the two countries with the strongest presence; Morocco is also among the countries where headcount is concentrated.

France, French-speaking Africa and Madagascar

The Concentrix Locations page lists 16 cities in France, including Paris, Lyon, Metz, Tourcoing and Vitré. It cites eight cities in Morocco, including Casablanca and Rabat, as well as Tunis, Dakar, Algiers, Abidjan and Cotonou.

In Madagascar, the same page cites Antananarivo and Toamasina (Tamatave). According to the local newspaper Newsmada, Webhelp settled there in 2013 and opened a third site in November 2022; its local managing director then cited around 3,500 employees. This figure dates from 2022; the current headcount is not published.

Remote working ("Work at Home") is mentioned only for Canada and the United States. Service hours, including 24/7 coverage, are not published.

Certifications

In its annual report, Concentrix declares group-level certifications, including ISO 27001 (information security), PCI DSS (card payments), SOC 2 Type II, ISO 22301 (business continuity) and COPC for 28 centres. The pages reviewed do not specify which sites are covered in France, Morocco or Madagascar.

What do reviews say about Concentrix?

No readable review platform for business clients was found. The Concentrix Trustpilot page shows 1.4/5 from 287 reviews, 92% of which are one-star; Trustpilot states that it does not verify reviews. The dominant themes relate to employment: this page mainly reflects the experience of current or former employees, not of clients.

Recurring criticisms concern management, payroll errors, targets judged difficult and schedule changes. A minority of reviews mention team atmosphere and career development opportunities. The company replies to about 1% of negative reviews.

Concentrix also has employee review pages on Indeed and Glassdoor. They could not be opened during our verification: their scores, seen only in search snippets, are not reproduced here.

What are Concentrix's strengths?

  • Global scale: 74 countries, around 455,000 employees and more than 2,000 clients, according to its annual report.

  • Public accounts filed every year with the SEC, which make it possible to track its financial position.

  • A broad French-speaking presence: France, the Maghreb, West Africa and Madagascar.

  • A broad offer, from customer service to compliance and accounting.

  • Proprietary AI tools and a "NelsonHall Leader" distinction highlighted on its site.

Points to check before choosing Concentrix

  1. What is the all-inclusive monthly cost? Ask for it by profile and by volume, with the billing method and set-up fees.

  2. Which site will handle your activity? France, Morocco, Madagascar or another country: can this site change during the contract?

  3. What are the minimum commitment, the term, the exit conditions and the service penalties?

  4. Do the certifications cover the site that will process your data? Ask for the certificate and its expiry date.

  5. What are the staff turnover rate and the training of the teams? Will advisers be dedicated to your account?

  6. Which legal entity signs the contract and which law applies?

  7. How is AI used in the service, and how is the GDPR (the European data protection regulation) complied with?

  8. Can you obtain references from clients of comparable size?

Which companies is Concentrix suited to?

Concentrix addresses, according to its annual report, "large, complex enterprises". It is mainly suited to large companies that outsource an entire process: a high-volume contact centre, support in several countries or languages, moderation or debt collection.

The pages reviewed do not present an offer dedicated to very small businesses and SMEs. A company looking for one or two dedicated team members, managed by it day to day, will not find this model described on the site.

What alternatives to Concentrix are there?

The choice depends on the need: buying a managed service at scale or integrating dedicated team members. To structure the comparison, see our guide to evaluating call centre providers.

Teleperformance

Teleperformance (site tp.com) presents itself as a global partner operating "where people, processes, and AI meet", in around 100 countries and "400+ languages and dialects".

Foundever

Foundever describes itself as one of the largest customer experience companies in the world: customer relations, sales, technical support, back-office, debt collection and moderation. It highlights remote work and "rightshoring" (production in the most suitable country).

Intelcia

Intelcia announces around 40,000 employees in 17 countries, including Africa, Europe and the Indian Ocean, with an offer covering customer experience, IT and AI.

MaaSil Inc

MaaSil Inc, the publisher of this article, offers a different model: Employer of Record (EoR) provision of staff. According to MaaSil, its consultants based in Madagascar work 100% within the client's team, with its tools; MaaSil handles recruitment, payroll and HR follow-up, and the client directs the assignments. MaaSil announces more than 100 consultants and more than 40 clients; its recruitment method is described on its site.

MaaSil publishes its pricing: €55 to €100 excl. VAT per day, or around €1,150 excl. VAT per month, for general profiles (accounting, after-sales service, HR, assistants). Senior developers cost €120 to €250 excl. VAT per day. This model targets French-speaking SMEs, startups and mid-sized companies. It is less suited to high-volume call centres open 24/7 in several languages, very short projects and needs exclusively in France.
