Who is Intelcia?
Origin and history
According to the page Intelcia's history, the group was born in 2000 from a call centre created in Morocco in partnership with Transcom. It has been called Intelcia since 2006 and claims 25 years of activity. Its co-founder, Karim Bernoussi, is its chief executive officer (CEO).
The same page traces several growth stages: establishment in Madagascar in 2017, creation of an IT services subsidiary in 2019, acquisition of the Spanish group Unisono in 2021, then takeover of the French company Coriolis Service in 2023. The group has thus expanded from North Africa to Europe, sub-Saharan Africa and the Americas.
Shareholding
The Altice group held 65% of the capital since 2016. On 24 November 2025, the chief executive and the deputy chief executive signed an agreement to buy back this stake. According to the Moroccan outlet EcoActu (29 April 2026), the transaction was completed on 29 April 2026: the two executives now hold 100% of the capital. The amount was not disclosed.
Legal entities and figures
The operating French company is Intelcia France, a SAS (simplified joint-stock company) based in Neuilly-sur-Seine, SIREN 353 944 093 (French company registration number): see its page on the Annuaire des entreprises. It is chaired by the holding company Intelcia International SAS.
According to Le Journal des Entreprises, Intelcia France employed 2,250 people in 2023, with revenue of €87.7M. Societe.com reports €94.19M in 2025, against €101.94M in 2024. These amounts cover only the French company. For the group, Intelcia reports revenue of €784M in 2024, after €778M in 2022 according to a company press release. No consolidated 2025 figure was found.
What services does Intelcia offer?
The Intelcia website, available in English, French, Portuguese and Spanish, organises the offer into four divisions. It lists eight client sectors: public sector, telecoms, energy, banking, insurance, retail and e-commerce, travel and media.
CX Solutions: customer relations
The CX Solutions division (CX for "customer experience") covers three stages: acquiring and onboarding new customers, sales and technical support, then retention. It notably includes customer service, cross-selling, satisfaction surveys and technical support advertised as "24/7". The page does not specify the channels, the agents' languages or the clients served.
Intelcia Tech: IT services
The Intelcia Tech division offers infrastructure, application development, data and AI (artificial intelligence), cloud and cybersecurity. Intelcia says it can deliver "onshore" (in the client's country), "nearshore" (in a nearby country) or "offshore" (in a distant country). The page reports more than 800 employees in 6 countries. Headcount varies between sources: "+ 800" on this page, "nearly 1,000 engineers" according to EcoActu.
AI & Innovation
This division brings together the group's AI offers, including the Evoluciona entity. According to the Moroccan press, Intelcia launched U&AI in May 2024, a generative AI platform developed in Casablanca. The dedicated page of the website was not accessible at the time of review.
Plug & Play Business Services
The Plug & Play Business Services page brings together complementary services. It includes lead generation and online advertising, with "over 12 years of Google partnership". It also presents a quality control service ("Quality Monitoring"), delivered by 300 monitors, and debt collection. One section is titled "Recruitment & Payroll", but the text mainly describes training programmes (Intelcia Academy and Intelcia University).
The website presents a model of contact centres organised by programme for large accounts. No offer of individual staff provision appears there.
How much does Intelcia cost?
Intelcia does not publish any pricing. The CX Solutions, Intelcia Tech and Plug & Play pages give no prices, billing unit, commitment period or set-up fees. They redirect to a contact form.
No price grid was found either in the press or in the directories reviewed. You therefore need to request a detailed quote, including the production country.

Declared certifications
Intelcia declares the ISO 9001 (quality), ISO 27001 (information security), ISO 18295 (customer contact centres) and PCI DSS (bank card data security) standards. It also cites an EcoVadis assessment and the "Human for Client" label. No certificate can be viewed online, and the website does not specify which sites or countries each standard covers.

Points to check before choosing Intelcia
What is the full cost? Ask for the all-inclusive monthly price, per position in FTE (full-time equivalent) or per productive hour, as well as the minimum volume and set-up fees.
What minimum volume is accepted? The references displayed are large accounts: ask whether Intelcia accepts a programme of a few positions and what threshold applies.
In which country and at which site will your team work? Also ask whether a transfer to another country is possible during the contract.
Which certifications cover your programme? Ask for valid ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 18295 and PCI DSS certificates, their scope (sites, countries) and the certification body.
Does the change of shareholder have any effects? The group has belonged to its executives since 29 April 2026: ask whether this changes contractual terms, subcontracting or service level commitments.
Which countries will be involved? The number of countries reported is 16, 17 or 19 depending on the pages: ask for the exact list of countries and sites planned for you.
Which languages and hours? Ask for the agents' languages, their level, the assessment method and the hours actually covered.
What does "Recruitment & Payroll" include? Ask what is included (recruitment, payroll, employment contract) and who is the agents' legal employer.
Which companies is Intelcia suited to?
Intelcia targets large accounts operating in several countries and several languages, in sectors such as telecoms, energy, banking, insurance or the public sector. The group claims more than 350 clients, according to EcoActu.
Its model suits organisations that entrust a provider with a large volume of interactions. The pages reviewed do not mention an offer aimed at very small businesses or SMEs. A small company looking for one or two dedicated staff will need to check whether this format is available.

MaaSil Inc
MaaSil, the publisher of this article, does not sell call volume but dedicated staff. According to MaaSil, its model falls under employer of record arrangements (Employer of Record-type staff provision): consultants based in Madagascar work 100% within the client's teams, with its tools. MaaSil handles recruitment, payroll and HR follow-up; the client manages assignments day to day. MaaSil reports more than 100 consultants and more than 40 clients.
MaaSil publishes its pricing: €55 to €100 excl. VAT (excluding taxes) per day for general profiles (accounting, after-sales service, HR, assistants), and €120 to €250 excl. VAT per day for senior IT developers. It targets French-speaking SMEs, startups and mid-sized companies (ETI).
