Quality, languages and clients

The website FAQ states that "10% of all tasks are checked until 97% quality is achieved" in the basic plan, and that 100% of tasks are checked in the "gold" plan. The FAQ names its plans "basic" and "gold", whereas the Offers page presents Basic, Plus and Hybrid.

The company says it works in French, English, Italian, Arabic, Portuguese, Spanish, Chinese and German; only French and English are offered as standard. The French website claims "more than 400 companies" as clients, in defence, aerospace, energy, finance, luxury and healthcare.
