Who is Konecta?

A group born of a merger

On 13 April 2022, Spain's Konecta and Italy's Comdata announced their merger, backed by the investment fund ICG (Intermediate Capital Group). According to the Italian outlet CorCom, the Comdata brand gave way to the single Konecta brand on 1 February 2024. The group therefore now operates under a single name. Its leadership includes a founding chairman, a chief executive and directors dedicated to the French-speaking and Italian-speaking markets.

Which legal entities?

The Konecta legal notice names the publisher of the website: Grupo Konectanet, S.L., registered with the Madrid commercial register.

In France, the company is Konecta Holding France, a SAS (simplified joint-stock company) registered in July 2017 under the French company registration number (SIREN) 831 004 957. Its head office is in Levallois-Perret and its activity is classified as "call centres" (NAF code 82.20Z); see its entry in the Annuaire des entreprises. According to Xerfi, a secondary establishment in Gennevilliers still carries the name "Comdata Holding France".

Also according to Xerfi, this holding company has 100 to 199 employees and generated revenue of €314m in 2024, with a net profit of €3.2m. These amounts concern only this company, not the group.

Group figures

According to a credit report by ION Analytics (Debtwire) dated 30 September 2026, Konecta generated revenue of €1,001.2m in the first half of 2026, down 1.3% year on year, and €1.975bn over the last twelve months. The same source cites a client retention rate of 96%, a signed contract backlog of €2.7bn and a €75m contribution from ICG in the first quarter of 2025. The group's net profit is not published.

What services does Konecta offer?

Konecta's website, available in 11 languages including French, organises the offer into six families.

Customer experience

The Konecta Customer Experience page covers customer service, technical support, sales, back-office, agentic AI (software agents that handle requests autonomously) and migration to the cloud. Production is "onshore" (in the client's country), "nearshore" (in a nearby country) or "offshore" (in a distant country).

These services are "fully managed services": the provider runs the teams and processes itself. The pages consulted do not present any provision of dedicated staff. For Danone, Konecta cites a response rate of 97.5% and an NPS (net promoter score) of 76.

AI, growth and employee experience

The "Kolibri AI platform", a generative and agentic AI platform, appears at the top of the navigation and offers a free demonstration. The "Growth" offer covers lead generation, sales conversion, digital campaigns and debt collection. The "Employee Experience" offer covers IT assistance for the client's employees, including equipment rental.

Konecta lists nine sectors, including banking, insurance, telecoms, healthcare and the public sector. Its references include Netflix, Nissan, Sanofi, Ferrero and Hertz.

How much does Konecta cost?

Konecta does not publish any pricing. Its pages specify no prices, billing unit, commitment period or set-up fees: each project is quoted individually.

Only the Growth offer gives an indication: Konecta describes a "100% performance-based approach", with costs calculated on results. To compare quotes, you therefore need to ask for a cost breakdown.

Where do Konecta's teams work?

On its Who we are page, Konecta states more than 109,000 people, 28 countries and more than 40 languages. The figures vary by source: the LinkedIn page repeats 109,000 people in its presentation, while the platform shows 54,461 registered employees. In January 2024, CorCom cited more than 130,000 employees in 25 countries.

The Konecta Locations page shows the largest workforces in Colombia (23,000), Spain (17,800) and Peru (14,000). For French-speaking clients, it mentions Casablanca (5,400 people), Levallois-Perret (4,000) and Antananarivo (2,500), figures that are declared and unverified. The magazine En-Contact cites Konecta among the major call centre players in Madagascar (1 October 2025). Working hours and the share of remote work are not published.

In Italy, the European agency Eurofound records in December 2025 the announced closure of the Ivrea and Asti sites, with staff transferred to Turin. The entry reports 1,112 planned job cuts; the final outcome is not stated.

Certifications

According to the Certifications and recognitions page, Konecta holds the ISO/IEC 42001:2023 standard (AI management) at group level. The ISO 9001 (quality) and ISO 22301 (business continuity) standards apply to sites in the United Kingdom. The ISO 27001 standard (information security) is not listed there, and no certification is indicated for France, Morocco or Madagascar.

What do reviews say about Konecta?

The Trustpilot profile of konecta.com, claimed by the company in August 2026, shows 0 reviews. A "Konecta Group" profile also exists, with no established link to the group. No other usable customer reviews were found.

Indeed's employee review pages could not be opened: we therefore publish no employee rating.

What are Konecta's strengths?

According to the information published by Konecta and the sources cited:

  • Scale: more than 109,000 people, 28 countries and more than 40 languages.

  • Choice of production location: onshore, nearshore or offshore.

  • AI: Kolibri platform and the ISO/IEC 42001 standard.

  • Client loyalty: 96% retention, according to Debtwire.

Points to check before choosing Konecta

  1. Which company signs? Grupo Konectanet, Konecta Holding France or a local subsidiary: ask for the legal name of the contracting party and that of the employer of the teams.

  2. What is the full cost per hour, per agent or per interaction, including set-up fees, indexation and exit conditions?

  3. In which city and country will your requests be handled, with what headcount and what continuity plan?

  4. Which certifications cover the planned site, particularly for information security?

  5. What minimum volume is accepted for an SME?

  6. Will the agents be dedicated or shared between several clients? What is their turnover rate?

  7. For the Growth offer, how does the contract define "results"?

  8. Are any site consolidations planned within your scope?

Which companies is Konecta suited to?

Konecta claims more than 500 clients, mostly large companies. Its model targets organisations that entrust large volumes of interactions to a provider, in several languages and across several channels. No offer aimed at very small businesses or SMEs appears on the pages consulted.

What are the alternatives to Konecta?

The descriptions below repeat what each company states on its website.

ADM Value

ADM Value offers front office, consulting and back office. The group states more than 8,000 employees.

Outsourcia

Founded in 2003 according to its website, Outsourcia offers customer relations, back-office, research and medical outsourcing. It cites Orange, Engie and Cdiscount among its references.

MaaSil Inc

MaaSil, the publisher of this article, offers dedicated staff rather than a volume of interactions. According to MaaSil, its model is a form of employer of record (EoR) arrangement (salary portage, a French-style staff-provision model): consultants based in Madagascar work 100% within the client's teams, using its tools. MaaSil handles recruitment, payroll and HR follow-up; the client directs the assignments. MaaSil states more than 100 consultants and more than 40 clients.

MaaSil publishes its pricing: €55 to €100 excl. VAT per day for general profiles, €120 to €250 excl. VAT for senior IT developers. It targets French-speaking SMEs, startups and mid-sized companies. It is less suited to high-volume, 24/7, multilingual call centres, as well as to very short projects. See also our guide to customer service outsourcing companies.
