Who is Netino?

Netino is a simplified joint-stock company (SAS) registered in Paris under French company registration number (SIREN) 441 513 801, which can be consulted on the Annuaire des entreprises. According to its Societe.com listing, it was incorporated on 9 April 2002 and declares data processing as its activity. It appears there as active, with no insolvency proceedings mentioned. Since 11 February 2026, its head office has been on rue du Sentier, in the 2nd arrondissement of Paris.

From Webhelp to Concentrix, then independence

In October 2016, Webhelp and the investment fund Seventure Partners announced an agreement for Webhelp to acquire Netino. The company subsequently operated as "Netino by Webhelp", then "Netino by Concentrix". According to the register, Concentrix S.A.S. France chaired it from 21 July 2021 to 10 February 2026.

On its About page, Netino states that it left Concentrix in January 2026, in agreement with the group. A press release dated 26 May 2026, published by the company, announces its relaunch as a "French Marketing Process Outsourcer". The financial terms of the separation have not been published.

The register now lists a company, THE SOCIAL DIFFERENCE GROUP, as chair; the entry gives either 6 February 2026 or 3 December 2025 as the date of appointment. The actual shareholding and recent revenue are not published. The website presents a three-person leadership team: a chief executive officer (CEO), a chief revenue officer (CRO) and a chief technology officer (CTO).

What services does Netino offer?

Netino describes itself as "France's #1 Marketing Process Outsourcer (MPO)", a ranking claimed by the company without any independent source. Its website lists six areas of expertise: content management, moderation, social listening, community management, social care (customer service on social networks) and martech (marketing technology tools).

Content moderation and DSA compliance

According to Netino, its moderation combines artificial intelligence (AI) and human review, on a proprietary hybrid platform, with teams available 24/7. Its Trust & Safety page targets compliance with the Digital Services Act (DSA), the European regulation on digital services: handling of reports and transparency reporting. Netino offers a free moderation audit and a DSA maturity questionnaire there.

Community management and social care

On its Community Management page, Netino advertises "over 800 in-house community managers" available around the clock. Its social care offering covers replies to incoming messages and proactive outreach. Netino mentions "clear SLAs" (service level agreements) without publishing their values. Its agents work on Sprinklr, Emplifi and Agorapulse.

The website does not describe the provision of a dedicated team member integrated into the client's teams: Netino runs processes on behalf of the brand.

How much does Netino cost?

Netino does not publish its pricing. Its offer pages direct visitors to a contact form, and the Appvizer directory shows a "Standard" plan priced "on request". The billing unit, minimum commitment, trial period and setup fees are not published.

Where do Netino's teams work?

Netino's office is in Paris, open Monday to Friday from 9 am to 7 pm. The website refers to a "Multi-zone" organisation and multilingual teams, but lists neither production countries nor languages. An article in Presse-citron published in 2013 stated that most moderators were then working from countries such as Madagascar or India. This information is old.

Headcount figures vary by source. The website states "3,000+ Multilingual Experts" in one place and "over 800 in-house community managers" in another. LinkedIn shows 501 to 1,000 declared employees, and the register a band of 20 to 49 employees.

The four job openings on the website are in Paris, with no moderator role and no remote work. No company certification, such as ISO 27001 (information security), is displayed.

What do reviews say about Netino?

No public customer reviews of Netino were found. The Trustpilot profile for the netino.com domain, labelled "Network Industrial Opt.", has 0 reviews, as does the Appvizer listing. Blog du Modérateur gives a rating of 4.8, but this is its editorial team's assessment, not an average of customer reviews.

Employee review pages (Glassdoor, Indeed) were inaccessible during our research. No controversy or legal action involving Netino was found in open sources, which does not prove there is none. Netino displays "Over 200 brands" as clients and the logos of Castorama, L'Oréal, Air France, E.Leclerc, Société Générale and France Télévisions.

What are Netino's strengths?

  • Track record: the company has existed since 2002 and the press presented it as a moderation player as early as 2011.

  • Specialisation: an offering centred on social networks (moderation, community management, social care).

  • Round-the-clock coverage: a claimed 24/7 presence, including nights, weekends and crises.

  • Regulation: an offering dedicated to the DSA, with a free audit.

Points to check before choosing Netino

  1. Pricing: what is the cost per volume of content, per hour or as a fixed fee, and what does it include (tools, reports, supervision)?

  2. Production: in which countries and languages will the teams assigned to your account work?

  3. Headcount: are the "3,000+ experts" direct employees, subcontractors or partners?

  4. Entity: who has owned the company since January 2026, and is the contract signed by Netino SAS? Ask for the latest annual accounts.

  5. Service commitments: what moderation turnaround times and quality rates are guaranteed? When we viewed it, the website counters showed no figures.

  6. Security: what certifications and data protection policy apply to the moderated content?

  7. Reversibility: how can you retrieve your data at the end of the contract?

  8. Commitment: what minimum term and notice period apply?

Which companies is Netino suited to?

Based on its published offering, Netino is aimed at brands and platforms that handle a large volume of comments and messages on social networks. It may suit those wanting to outsource community moderation, including at night and at weekends, to prepare for DSA compliance or to outsource customer service on these channels.

It is less suited to a company that wants to compare published prices before any contact, or that is looking for a dedicated team member integrated into its team for back-office work.

What are the alternatives to Netino?

The choice depends on the need: an outsourced moderation service, software or a dedicated team member. Our guide on choosing an outsourced service provider details the criteria to compare.

Concentrix

Concentrix is Netino's former parent group; until January 2026 Netino operated as "Netino by Concentrix". Its current moderation offering is worth comparing directly.

Teleperformance

Teleperformance offers Trust & Safety and content moderation services, with moderators who have local language expertise. In an article dated 15 May 2023, the group states that it was ranked a "Leader" in Everest Group's PEAK Matrix 2023 for these services.

Bodyguard.ai

Bodyguard.ai is software, not an outsourced service. According to the Blog du Modérateur listing, it moderates comments using AI on X, Facebook, Twitch, YouTube, TikTok and Instagram, with pricing based on volume. It is better suited to a team that keeps moderation in-house.

MaaSil Inc

MaaSil, the publisher of this article, does not meet the same need. According to MaaSil, the company provides, through an Employer of Record (EoR) arrangement, consultants based in Madagascar who are 100% integrated into the client's teams, with the client directing their work. MaaSil publishes its pricing: from €55 to €100 excl. VAT per day for general profiles, including a dedicated community manager, and from €120 to €250 excl. VAT per day for developers.

MaaSil suits a French-speaking SME, startup or mid-sized company that wants to integrate a dedicated team member. It is less suited to high-volume, round-the-clock, multilingual moderation, to very short projects, or to needs located exclusively in France.
