Who Is Onepilot?

According to its About page, Onepilot grew out of an idea from five e-commerce entrepreneurs who were convinced that customer service is a "profit centre". The company ONEPILOT SAS was registered on 14 October 2020 in Paris, under the number SIREN 889 956 124 (the French company registration number), visible on its official record. Its official launch dates from April 2021, with a €2.5m seed round.

Growth Through Fundraising and Acquisitions

In June 2022, Onepilot raised €15m in a Series A led by Otium Capital. The company then had 60 employees, 500 freelance agents and more than 150 clients, according to En-Contact (June 2022).

In March 2024, Onepilot acquired Eodom, a homeshoring specialist (agents who work from home) founded in 2007. According to En-Contact (March 2024), the combined group then presented itself as being in the top 15 French providers, with more than €20m in revenue, more than 250 clients, 110 employees and more than 2,000 agents. The register mentions a merger project in 2025, followed by a capital reduction in 2026.

Published Figures and Declared Figures

The 2024 accounts of ONEPILOT SAS, relayed by Societe.com, show revenue of €13.02m (€8.91m in 2023) and a net result of -€0.73m (-€2.07m in 2023), with cash of €2.44m. The company's website, for its part, claims "more than €30m in annual revenue", without specifying the year or the scope. Likewise, the website states 110 employees, whereas the register places the company in the 50 to 99 employee bracket.

In July 2026, an industry barometer cited by En-Contact (July 2026) ranks OnePilot among the players in "profitable growth" and states that it "absorbed" Eodom. The latest published net result, for 2024, remains negative.

What Services Does Onepilot Offer?

The Onepilot home page describes a "customer relations, sales and KYC service, in every language and on every channel", delivered by human agents available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, "assisted by AI". The offer is split into three services:

  • Customer Care: handling customer requests and live operations.

  • Sales & Retention: converting prospects, upselling and, for example, booking B2B appointments.

  • KYC: managing and validating identity documents.

Exchanges take place by email, phone and chat. Onepilot says it covers "more than 15 languages", with native speakers in Dutch, German, Italian, Swedish and Spanish, or agents at C1 level and above.

Proprietary Technology

Onepilot advertises more than 20 integrations with ticketing and back-office tools. According to the website, AI is used for ticket routing, pre-resolution, sentiment analysis, detection of low-quality replies and supervised automatic replies. The company declares ISO 27001 (information security) and ISO 18295-1 (customer contact centres) certifications, as well as GDPR compliance.

A Model Built on Freelance Agents

In 2022, En-Contact described freelance or salaried agents, not dedicated to a single client, working 15 hours a week on average. Since the Eodom acquisition, the press has described a split: voice and large accounts on the Eodom side, written channels and mid-sized companies on the Onepilot technology side.

How Much Does Onepilot Cost?

Onepilot's Pricing page, written in English, announces a fixed monthly subscription, followed by billing per hour or from €1.20 per ticket, with no hidden fees. The subscription amount is not published, and no hourly rate figure appears.

The home page gives an example: 12,000 tickets a month, by email and phone, for €24,600 a month, account manager included. That works out at about €2.05 per ticket for this volume.

Past Prices, Not to Be Confused with Current Prices

In June 2022, En-Contact quoted tickets billed at €1.95 to €2.50 depending on volume and handling time, with a subscription of €199 a month, with no commitment. In April 2023, the co-founding CEO told Manager.one about a subscription of €199 a month and a cost "from €2" per ticket, again with no commitment. These amounts date from 2022 and 2023.

What Is Not Published

The website's FAQ raises the question of commitment and minimum volume, with no answer displayed. The trial period, set-up fees and the detail of what is included are not published. Finally, the website states sometimes a cost reduction of "up to 20%" (home page title), sometimes "up to 50%" (description of the same page), without specifying the basis of calculation.

Where Do Onepilot's Teams Work?

Onepilot declares offices in France, the United Kingdom and Germany; their addresses outside France are not published. The current website does not specify the countries where the agents work. In April 2023, the co-founding CEO named France, Germany, England, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain and Portugal.

The agents work remotely, from home. No open source mentions production in Madagascar, the Maghreb or elsewhere in Africa: Onepilot is not an offshore player. The service is advertised as 24 hours a day, 7 days a week; the time zones covered are not specified. On its sustainability page, the company says it pays its agents "according to the local cost of living".

What Do Reviews Say About Onepilot?

On Trustpilot, Onepilot scores 4.7/5 from 32 reviews, of which about 91% are five-star. The reviews run from February 2023 to roughly March 2026, 6 of them within the last 12 months. The platform notes that the company has not recently asked for reviews, and the company replies to most of them. An important point: most of these reviews come from freelance agents, not from clients.

  • Positive themes: flexible hours and autonomy, management seen as supportive, on-time payments (agents); fast set-up, responsiveness and flexible volumes (clients).

  • Negative themes: initial onboarding sometimes seen as confusing and pay varying with volume and productivity (agents); procedures sometimes hard to follow (one client review).

On the employer side, Onepilot shows a score of 4.4/5 from its agents and employees on Glassdoor; the number of reviews and the period are not specified, and the Glassdoor page was not accessible. The website also displays a "G2 verified company" badge that links to Trustpilot.

In the press, the e-commerce retailer Jonak says it chose Onepilot in 2021, after a tender, for its combination of human agents and a proprietary AI. The set-up reportedly took ten days.

What Are Onepilot's Strengths?

  • A partly public price list: an entry price per ticket and a worked monthly example.

  • Advertised coverage of 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, in more than 15 languages and across three channels.

  • Declared certifications (ISO 27001 and ISO 18295-1) and published indicators: customer satisfaction (CSAT) of 90%, an escalation rate below 2%, first reply in under an hour by email, according to the website.

  • References cited by the press, such as Qonto, Getaround and Seb on the Onepilot side, or G7, La Redoute and Decathlon on the Eodom side.

  • Growth in published revenue, from €8.91m in 2023 to €13.02m in 2024.

Points to Check Before Choosing Onepilot

These questions aim to obtain in writing what public sources do not specify.

  1. Total cost: what is the monthly subscription amount, the price per ticket by channel (email, chat, phone) and the all-inclusive monthly cost for your volume?

  2. Commitment: what is the commitment period, the minimum volume and the termination notice?

  3. Announced savings: what reference cost do the "20%" and "50%" reduction figures rest on?

  4. Assigned team: do named agents work on your account, and what is their turnover rate, given that agents are not dedicated to a single client?

  5. Countries and languages: in which countries are the agents who will handle your requests located, and which languages are covered without subcontracting?

  6. Certifications: can you obtain the ISO 27001 and ISO 18295-1 certificates (issuing body, scope, expiry date), including for agents working from home?

  7. Contracting entity: which company signs the contract, and what is its latest financial position, given that the website and the published accounts give different revenue figures?

  8. Data and timelines: where is your customers' data hosted, which subcontractors access it, and what deployment time is guaranteed by contract?

Which Companies Is Onepilot Suited To?

Judging by its positioning, Onepilot is aimed mainly at e-commerce and service companies that receive a large volume of customer requests, need 24-hour coverage in several European languages, and prefer to pay per ticket or per hour.

Based on the sources, Onepilot is less suited to a company looking for a dedicated team member integrated into its team, or for a profile outside customer service (accounting, HR, IT development).

What Are the Alternatives to Onepilot?

The providers below meet similar or complementary needs; this list is not a ranking.

Intelcia

Intelcia is an outsourcing group of about 40,000 employees, around half of them in Africa and about 2,500 in Madagascar, according to the press. The buyout of Altice's stake by its executives was made official on 26 November 2025. It may interest a company looking for a large provider present in Africa, including Madagascar.

Webhelp

Webhelp was the subject of a takeover agreement with Concentrix, announced on 29 March 2023 for $4.8 billion and approved by the European Commission in September 2023. It may suit a company that prefers a provider backed by a large international group.

ADM Value

ADM Value is, like Onepilot, among the players in "profitable growth" cited by the industry barometer relayed by En-Contact in July 2026. It is an option to compare for a company that wants to consult several French outsourced customer relations providers.

MaaSil Inc

MaaSil says it offers a different model: the provision of consultants based in Madagascar, dedicated to a single client and 100% integrated into its teams, with the same tools and direct daily exchanges. MaaSil manages recruitment, the contract, payroll and HR follow-up; the client directs the assignments day to day. According to its Pricing page, MaaSil advertises €55 to €100 excl. VAT per day for general profiles, or about €1,150 excl. VAT per month, and €120 to €250 excl. VAT per day for senior developers.

MaaSil is suited, in its own words, to French-speaking SMEs, startups and mid-caps that want to bring in a team member in accounting, HR, customer service, administrative support or IT. MaaSil is less suited to high-volume call centres running 24/7 in several languages, to very short projects and to purely onshore needs (production in the client's country): for those needs, Onepilot's model is better positioned.
