Who is Outsourcia?
Outsourcia presents itself as an independent group of Moroccan origin, active "for more than 20 years" in customer relations, BPO and ITO. According to the Le groupe page, it was founded in 2003 in the Maârif district of Casablanca by two co-founders. The Moroccan press confirms the year of creation and the role of its chairman and co-founder, Youssef Chraïbi.
The website presents a management team made up of the chairman, a second co-founder and several associate directors, some of whom come from companies acquired by the group.
Growth through acquisitions
According to its official history and the press, Outsourcia has grown largely through acquisitions:
2010-2011: arrival in France through the acquisition of As-com, followed by the opening of a site in Évreux.
2016: arrival in Madagascar through the acquisition of SCEMI and integration of STEFI (market research).
2019: integration of Simplify (medical outsourcing).
2022: acquisition of PhoneAct, which had 900 employees in Tunis.
2025: acquisition of SoMezzo (Lille area), described by the press as the group's 6th acquisition, with "nearly 1,000 employees".
Shareholding
On 19 May 2022, according to Ecofin Agency, the SPE Capital fund announced a majority stake in Outsourcia, for a reported amount of 33 million US dollars. It replaced AfricInvest, a shareholder since 2016. According to EcoActu, the founder of PhoneAct also became a significant shareholder in 2022.
Legal entities and published figures
Outsourcia is not a single company but a group of subsidiaries. The 2026 general terms and conditions of sale apply to the "Sociétés du Groupe Outsourcia", including Outsourcia Maroc, Outsourcia France, MEZZO, SCEMI, PHONEACT and STEFI. The company that signs the contract is the subsidiary that invoices the service. The website's legal notice page gives neither a company name nor a registration number.
In France, according to Societe.com and Xerfi, the OUTSOURCIA entity is a SAS (simplified joint-stock company) registered under the French company registration number (SIREN) 448 579 326. Both sources indicate share capital of €245,000, a registered office in Évreux, and a workforce of 100 to 199 employees. The official page of the Annuaire des entreprises could not be consulted for this article.
Also according to these sources, this French entity generated revenue of €22,636k in 2023 and €27,761k in 2024, with net profit of €372k and then €150k. These figures cover only the Évreux company, not the group. The website publishes no consolidated figure; the press has cited revenue of around €41M in 2022, then €58.8M in April 2025 without specifying the year concerned.
What services does Outsourcia offer?
Outsourcia operates as a customer relations provider based on production centres: its advisers work at the group's sites, under a framework contract and on quote. It is not a staff-provision model in which people are integrated into the client's teams.
Customer experience and BPO
The Nos solutions page groups five activities under "Expérience Client & BPO": "Service client multicanal & multilingue", "Vente & fidélisation", "Recouvrement amiable" (debt collection without legal proceedings), "Content Supply Chain Management" and "Community Management".
Specialised services
The website also lists more targeted offerings: "Medical Outsourcing" via the Simplify subsidiary, "Études & Intelligence Client" via STEFI, "Télésecrétariat & astreinte", "Remote Office support" (iSuppléance) and "Helpdesk".
Artificial intelligence
Since 2024, the OutsourcIA LAB laboratory has described four uses of AI (anticipate, augment, analyse and steer), "with human supervision". The website names no tool or software.
Sectors, clients and languages
The Nos secteurs page details 9 sectors: healthcare and patient journeys, mobility and travel, education, retail and luxury, banking and insurance, home services and remote assistance, press and media, telecoms, energy. The home page, for its part, announces "+15 secteurs d'activité".
The only client reference presented explicitly is Saham Bank, with a news item dated 15 July 2026 titled "un an de partenariat". The website promises "toutes les langues" without publishing the list: the press mentions "more than 10 languages" and job ads from September 2026 in Casablanca ask for French together with Arabic or English.
How much does Outsourcia cost?
Outsourcia publishes no pricing. The website offers a "Demander un devis" (request a quote) and a 30-minute no-obligation scoping call. The 2026 general terms and conditions of sale, however, explain how the service is invoiced. They specify that, in case of discrepancy, the signed contract prevails.
The Production Hour
The billing unit is the "Heure de Production", meaning the hour of presence of the advisers assigned to the client. It includes handling contacts, including after-call work time (ACW, After Call Work), available time between two contacts, statutory breaks and briefings. It excludes absences, late arrivals, public holidays and paid leave. The price of this hour appears in the signed contract or quote.
Invoicing and price revision
Invoicing: monthly, on the last day of the month, with payment within 30 calendar days.
Late payment: penalties equal to 3 times the legal interest rate and possible suspension of the service.
Revision: annual and automatic, based on a composite index called "SP2C", unless another index is agreed.
Commitment period and other clauses
The T&Cs provide for an initial term of 2 years, followed by tacit renewal for one-year periods. To end the contract, the client must send a registered letter at least 6 months before expiry; this notice includes a 3-month "Phase de Décroissance" (wind-down phase), during which activity gradually decreases. Termination before the end of the initial period is possible only with express agreement or in the event of serious breach.
The client must also provide contact volume forecasts that are "sufficiently detailed and reliable". A non-solicitation clause prohibits the client from hiring the provider's staff during the contract and for 2 years afterwards, under penalty of compensation equal to the gross salary received by the person over the previous 24 months.
In 2018, the group's head told the press that a service cost "four times less" in Madagascar than in France; this old statement is not a price list.
Where do Outsourcia's teams work?
According to the Implantations page, the group declares 4,300 positions distributed as follows:
Country | City | Declared positions |
|---|---|---|
Morocco | Casablanca (4 sites) | 1,800 |
Tunisia | Tunis (3 sites) | 1,400 |
Madagascar | Antananarivo (2 sites) | 700 |
France | Évreux | 200 |
France | Wasquehal | 100 |
France | Châtillon-en-Dunois | 100 |
A sales office completes the network in Neuilly-sur-Seine. The group claims it can open "a site of 400 advisers in 4 weeks". Service hours and 24/7 coverage are not published.
Size figures vary by source and date: the website states 4,300 employees, 13 sites and 4 countries. Job ads from September 2026 mention "more than 3,800 employees". The press in 2022 spoke of 3,400 employees in 5 countries, including Niger. On LinkedIn, the "Groupe Outsourcia" page shows a range of 1,001 to 5,000 employees, while its description text mentions "nearly 700 employees".
Certifications
The website displays ISO 9001 (quality management), ISO 18295 (standard dedicated to contact centres), NF Service, the CGEM CSR Label and an EcoVadis rating, with no score published. No certificate number, scope or validity date is given. ISO 27001 (information security) is not mentioned.

Points to check before choosing Outsourcia
What is the price of the Production Hour for each site (Morocco, Tunisia, Madagascar, France), and what exactly does it include?
Are the initial 2-year term and the 6-month notice period negotiable? What happens if volumes fall?
In which country and at which site will the service be delivered, and how will you be informed of a change of site or subcontracting?
Does the non-solicitation clause apply if you hire an adviser trained on your account?
Can you obtain the current certificates and their scope, and find out whether an ISO 27001 certification covers the site concerned?
What hours, languages and tools (telephony, CRM, AI) are planned for your account?
Which subsidiary signs and invoices, under which registration and under which law?
What is the actual headcount assigned to your account and the staff turnover rate?
Which companies is Outsourcia suited to?
Outsourcia is aimed mainly at companies that outsource multichannel, multilingual contact volumes: customer service, sales, debt collection or support. The choice between sites in France and sites in Morocco, Tunisia or Madagascar may appeal to companies that combine production in France and abroad. An initial 2-year commitment assumes a stable need; a company looking for a short trial or a dedicated team member managed directly will have to negotiate or consider another model.
What are the alternatives to Outsourcia?
Several customer relations groups operate in the same countries. The guide Evaluating call centre providers offers a comparison grid.
Intelcia
Intelcia, another customer relations group present in Morocco, declares "+ 40,000 employees", 88 sites and 2024 revenue of €784M, according to its history page.
Konecta
Konecta announces more than 109,000 people in 28 countries. Its Locations page shows 5,400 people in Morocco and 2,500 in Madagascar.
MaaSil Inc
MaaSil, the publisher of this article, follows a different model: the provision of consultants based in Madagascar, 100% integrated into the client's teams, using the client's tools and processes. According to MaaSil, the client manages assignments day to day and MaaSil handles recruitment, payroll and HR follow-up. Its public pricing ranges from €55 to €100 excl. VAT per day for general profiles, or about €1,150 excl. VAT per month, and from €120 to €250 excl. VAT per day for senior developers. MaaSil reports more than 100 consultants and 95% of talents still with the same client after 18 months (Pourquoi nous).
This model suits French-speaking SMEs and mid-sized companies that want to bring in a dedicated team member in accounting, HR, customer support or IT. It is less suited to high-volume, 24/7, multilingual call centres, very short projects or needs exclusively in France.
