Who is Comdata?
Comdata is the former name of an Italian contact centre group. On 13 April 2022, according to Invest in Spain, Konecta (Spain) and Comdata (Italy) announced their merger. The new group presented itself as the "sixth-largest global group" in the sector, with more than €2 billion in revenue and around 130,000 employees, headquartered in Madrid.
From Comdata to Konecta
According to the Italian outlet CorCom, the Comdata brand disappeared in favour of Konecta on 1 February 2024. The konecta.com website no longer mentions Comdata. A company searching for "Comdata" is therefore dealing with Konecta today.
The legal entity in France
In France, the company is Konecta Holding France, a SAS registered on 13 July 2017 under the SIREN number 831 004 957 (French company registration number). Its head office is in Levallois-Perret, near Paris, and its activity is classified as "call centres" (NAF code 82.20Z). A secondary establishment in Gennevilliers still carries the name "Comdata Holding France". The data can be consulted on the Annuaire des entreprises.
According to the Xerfi profile of Konecta Holding France, this holding company has 100 to 199 employees and generated €314 million in revenue in 2024. This figure covers only this entity.
At group level, according to ION Analytics (Debtwire), revenue reached €1,001.2 million in the first half of 2026, down 1.3% year on year, and €1.975 billion over the twelve months to the end of June 2026.
What services does Comdata offer?
The Konecta website, written in English, is organised around five families: "Kolibri AI platform", "Customer Experience", "Growth, marketing & revenue generation", "Employee Experience" and "Strategy & transformation".
Customer experience
The Customer Experience page of Konecta covers customer service, technical support, sales, back-office and AI agents. Konecta describes delivery that is "onshore" (in the client's country), "nearshore" (in a neighbouring country) or "offshore" (in a distant country), in the form of "fully managed services". These are services managed by the provider: the pages consulted do not present the provision of dedicated staff.
Other offers
The Growth, marketing & revenue generation offer covers lead generation, sales conversion, digital campaigns and debt collection. Konecta presents it as a "zero-risk model": it states that it bears the set-up costs and ties its remuneration to results.
The "Employee Experience" offer concerns IT support for the client's employees: help desk, workstations and equipment rental, in an alliance with Lenovo. The sectors highlighted are banking, telecoms, retail, energy, automotive, healthcare, insurance, media and the public sector.
How much does Comdata cost?
Konecta, which replaced the Comdata brand, publishes no pricing. Its offer pages show no price list, no billing unit, no minimum commitment and no trial period: it operates on quotation. The only public detail is that the Growth offer is presented with remuneration tied to results.
Where do Comdata's teams work?
On its Who we are page, Konecta states that it employs "more than 109,000 people" in 28 countries, in more than 40 languages. The figures vary by date: CorCom cited more than 130,000 employees in 25 countries in January 2024.
The Konecta Locations page shows in particular these headcounts (declared, not verified):
Country | City | Headcount shown |
|---|---|---|
Colombia | Medellín | 23,000 |
Spain | Madrid | 17,800 |
Peru | Not specified | 14,000 |
Italy | Corsico (Milan) | 9,500 |
Morocco | Casablanca | 5,400 |
France | Levallois-Perret | 4,000 |
Madagascar | Antananarivo | 2,500 |
The page also lists eight other countries, including Brazil, Romania and the United Kingdom. In Madagascar, the magazine En-Contact cites Konecta among the major call centre players (1 October 2025). Service hours and the share of remote working are not published.
In Italy, the European agency Eurofound records the announcement, in December 2025, of a consolidation of the Ivrea and Asti sites into Turin, affecting around 1,100 employees, followed by a reorganisation plan for the Piedmont sites in early 2026.
Certifications
According to the Certifications and recognitions page, Konecta holds the ISO/IEC 42001:2023 standard (AI management) globally. The ISO 9001 (quality) and ISO 22301 (business continuity) standards apply to sites in the United Kingdom. The ISO 27001 standard (information security) is not listed, and no certification is indicated for France, Madagascar or Morocco.
What do reviews say about Comdata?
No reliable average rating is available. On Trustpilot, the konecta.com profile shows 0 reviews; it was claimed by the company in August 2026. Other profiles with similar names exist, but their link to the group is not established.
No usable customer review was found elsewhere, and the employee review pages of Indeed and Glassdoor could not be opened: we therefore publish no figure. A Glassdoor listing for "Comdata" also appears to concern the American fuel card namesake.
What are Comdata's strengths?
According to the information published by Konecta:
Coverage: more than 109,000 people, 28 countries and more than 40 languages.
Choice of delivery location: onshore, nearshore or offshore, including France, Morocco and Madagascar.
Results-based remuneration on the Growth offer.
