Who is Vivetic?
Legal identity
Vivetic is a SAS (société par actions simplifiée, a French simplified joint-stock company) with share capital of €150,000, registered in Bobigny under the SIREN 411 294 903 (French company registration number): see its entry in the Annuaire des entreprises. According to its legal notice, it is the "owner of the brand "Vivetic Group"". According to Societe.com, it has been chaired since 14 September 2021 by another company, SODAD GROUP.
The registered office is in Aubervilliers, whereas the company's LinkedIn page shows an address in Paris, that of the SODAD GROUP head office. The date of creation also varies by source: the website states "1996: Foundation of the group", whereas the official registry and Societe.com give two other dates, which differ from each other. The group celebrated its "30 years" on 19 September 2026 in Antananarivo.
Group and figures
According to the About us page, the group brings together Vivetic, in France, and Mad'Com, its historic structure in Madagascar. The company states that it was acquired in 2018 by the Dzeta Group fund; the press consulted does not mention this acquisition. The management team presented includes a co-founder, who is group chair, and a chief administrative and financial officer.
The website states "1,800 employees" (home page), then "around 1,700" (About us page), then 1,600 (press release of October 2026). In the registry, the French company falls within the 20 to 49 employees bracket in 2024: this figure covers only the French entity, not the teams in Madagascar.
According to Societe.com, this company posted revenue of €10,845,778 in 2025 and net profit of €648,775, against around €9,457,000 and €617,400 in 2024. No consolidated group revenue is published.
What services does Vivetic offer?
On its home page, Vivetic describes itself as a "historic player in Customer Relations outsourcing", with "in-shore and offshore" solutions, meaning delivered in France or abroad. The website describes three families of offerings.
Customer relations
The Customer relations page describes a multichannel customer service ("telephone, email, chat, social networks"), support, customer loyalty and customer reactivation. It adds AI-assisted KYC checks (customer identity verification), compliance and administrative outsourcing.
The website names the tools used, including Vocalcom, Aircall, Ringover or Genesys for calls, and Zendesk or Odoo for written support. The website mentions "a flexible set-up sized to your needs". It does not describe the provision of dedicated staff integrated into the client's tools, which does not mean that this arrangement does not exist.
BPO (business process outsourcing)
The Business Process Outsourcing page covers document digitisation and archiving, back-office (accounting, invoices, claims), digital marketing, DTP (desktop publishing) and data annotation for AI. BPO is offered "in multiple languages", without a list of the languages. On AWS Marketplace, the annotation offering advertises "more than 700 annotators" and "no minimum volume".
IT services: the subsidiary hubera
Since 1 June 2026, Vivetic's ESN (IT services company) division has been carried by the subsidiary hubera. According to the legal notices relayed by Societe.com, it was transferred to hubera by a partial contribution of assets, that is, the transfer of a business activity to another company. The hubera website advertises software development, data and AI, web and managed IT services, with "more than 100 talents, more than 100 clients, more than 500 projects".
Sectors and references
The sectors cited are the press, bancassurance, e-commerce, distance selling, real estate, SaaS and regulated sectors. The home page displays testimonials from Motoblouz, Groupe Amaury and Willemse France. A press article from January 2019 also cited Deliveroo and Voyage Privé among the clients; nothing indicates that they still are.
How much does Vivetic cost?
Vivetic does not publish its pricing. The website only offers to "obtain a personalised quote today", via a form with no price at all. The billing unit (hour, workstation, ticket or fixed fee), the minimum commitment, the trial period and the set-up fees are not mentioned.
The only public detail: the data annotation offering on AWS Marketplace requires "no minimum volume" and provides for custom pricing. To compare Vivetic with other providers, you therefore need to request a detailed quote, with the all-inclusive monthly cost and what it includes: tools, training, supervision and management.
Where do Vivetic's teams work?
Vivetic states that it works on "2 sites": in Aubervilliers, France, and in Antananarivo, Madagascar. According to the website, the first call platform in Antananarivo opened in 2010. Job postings place digitisation in Aubervilliers and DTP in Paris. The permanent (CDI) positions published in Antananarivo are for French-speaking and bilingual English-French customer advisers, and back-office floor managers.
The BPO page advertises "24/7 support", with no list of languages or detailed time slots. The use of remote working is not specified. In October 2025, the trade magazine En-Contact cited Vivetic among the pioneers of BPO in Madagascar. It reported that the large centres in Antananarivo had been little affected by the protests of that period.
Stated certifications
The About us page states the certifications ISO 18295-1 (customer contact centres), PCI DSS (payment card data security) and SOC 2 (audit of security controls) in Antananarivo, and ISO 9001 (quality management) on both sites. It also mentions an EcoVadis Silver medal (corporate social responsibility) since 2025. The certificates were not reviewed for this article.
The wording varies by medium: AWS Marketplace states "SOC 2 Type 1", the website "AICPA SOC 2" without specifying the type. LinkedIn cites "NF 345", a standard that does not appear on the website. The ISO 27001 standard (information security) is not cited anywhere.
What do reviews say about Vivetic?
No public customer reviews were found for Vivetic Group, whether on Trustpilot, Google or Glassdoor. The only reviews available are from employees and candidates.
On Indeed France, the company scores 3.1/5 from 16 reviews, which are short and dated. Data entry operators in Antananarivo (2018 and 2023) describe a spacious, well-organised working environment. A 2022 review, for a telesales position in Marseille, criticises the atmosphere, the support and the salary. Eight interview reports are fairly positive. The sample is small and says nothing about the service delivered to clients: it is better to ask for references.
What are Vivetic's strengths?
Track record: the group advertises "30 years of expertise" and a call platform in Antananarivo since 2010.
Presence in France and Madagascar, with part of the activities, such as digitisation, carried out in France.
Broad offering: customer relations, back-office, digitisation, data annotation and, via hubera, IT services.
Stated certifications: ISO 18295-1, ISO 9001, PCI DSS, SOC 2 and EcoVadis Silver.
Published accounts: the French company reports rising revenue and a positive result in 2024 and 2025.
Extended hours: 24/7 support advertised.
Points to check before choosing Vivetic
Pricing: what is the all-inclusive monthly cost for your scope, and what does it include (tools, training, supervision)?
Contracting entity: who signs, Vivetic SAS or a Malagasy entity, and who employs the teams? The French headcount in the registry (20 to 49 employees) differs from the 1,600 to 1,800 employees advertised.
IT projects: since June 2026, which entity, Vivetic or hubera, invoices and bears responsibility for the contract?
Certifications: can you obtain the certificates currently in force? Is the SOC 2 type 1 or 2, and for which site?
Languages and hours: which languages, which time slots, which service levels (SLA, quantified commitments) and which penalties?
Commitment: minimum term, notice period, trial period, set-up fees and reversibility (taking the activity back at the end of the contract) are not published.
Continuity: what plan is in place in Madagascar (backup site, power, internet), given that the press reported protests in 2025?
References: can you contact current clients in your sector?
Which companies is Vivetic suited to?
Vivetic is aimed at SMEs and mid-caps (ETI, French mid-sized companies), notably in e-commerce, the press, bancassurance and regulated sectors. Its offering mainly suits a company that entrusts a volume of calls, messages or tasks to a provider that organises production, with extended hours and part of the teams in France.
This offering may also interest a company looking for digitisation or data annotation with no minimum volume. A company that would rather integrate a dedicated team member into its own teams should check whether this arrangement is offered, as the website does not describe it.
What are the alternatives to Vivetic?
Several providers offer comparable services, notably in Madagascar. The first three follow a customer relations centre or BPO model; MaaSil, the publisher of this article, follows a different model.
ADM Value
ADM Value offers multichannel customer relations, back-office, telemarketing and debt collection. According to the trade press, the company has 13 sites in 5 countries, including France, Morocco and Madagascar. It was acquired by the Tessi group in December 2019.
Ocean Call
Ocean Call is a mid-sized player in Madagascar. In October 2025, En-Contact magazine credited it with "more than 450" employees, for appointment management and telephone answering services.
Outsourcia
Outsourcia is a Moroccan group. According to the news site Ledesk, in 2016 it took majority control of SCEMI, a French company based in Madagascar that then had nearly 700 employees.
MaaSil Inc
MaaSil provides employer of record services (Employer of Record, EoR) for consultants based in Madagascar. According to MaaSil, these consultants are 100% integrated into the client's teams, with the same tools and direct daily exchanges. MaaSil handles recruitment, the contract, payroll and HR follow-up; the client manages the assignments day to day.
MaaSil publishes its pricing: €55 to €100 excl. VAT per day for general profiles, or around €1,150 excl. VAT per month, and €120 to €250 excl. VAT per day for senior developers, or around €2,600 excl. VAT per month. On its Why us page, MaaSil advertises more than 100 consultants and more than 40 clients. It states that it complies with ISO 9001 standards, without claiming to be certified.
MaaSil suits French-speaking SMEs, startups and mid-caps that want to integrate dedicated team members in support, back-office or IT. It is less suited to a high-volume call centre open 24/7 in several languages, to a very short project or to a need solely in France. To structure your choice, see our guide to evaluating call centre providers.
